Third-party data. Comparable sales data comes from Rentcast. AI narrative summaries are generated by Anthropic's Claude. We do not independently verify third-party data accuracy.
Arizona only. Prysm is designed and optimized for Arizona residential properties. Results for other states are not supported.
Free to use. Prysm is currently free with no usage limits. This may change in the future, and any changes will be reflected in updated Terms of Service.
